  • Manage and optimize course delivery within the Learning Management System (Canvas preferred), ensuring quality, consistency, and accessibility.
  • Provide guidance and training to faculty on instructional best practices and effective course delivery.
  • Ensure all curriculum meets ADA accessibility standards and aligns with accreditation and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:
Required:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, Curriculum Development, or a related field.
  • Minimum of three years of experience in instructional design, curriculum development, or learning experience design.
  • Experience designing online, hybrid, or simulation-based learning environments.

Preferred:

  • Experience in allied health, career education, or workforce training environments.
  • Experience working with clinical or hands-on training programs.
  • Familiarity with multimedia development, video tools, and interactive content creation.
  • Experience using data and analytics to improve learning outcomes.

What We Offer:
  • 100% Remote Work Environment.
  • Competitive Salary: $70,000 to $90,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.
  • Comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision.
  • Paid time off and holidays.
  • Professional development support and tuition assistance.
  • Opportunity to contribute to innovative program development and instructional strategies.
